eHR Access

All salaried employees have been sent login credentials. Should assistance still be needed, please refer to KB0012477: eHR Access / Login Assistance in ServiceNow.

The email for eHR passwords were sent on 9/19, 9/24 and 10/2 from the email address of "OHR_Project@k12.hi.us". Please search your Gmail account for this sender with a subject line of "eHR Login Credentials" or "eHQ Login Credentials".

Don't use the "I forgot my password or locked my account" feature if you did not select your own "secret question" during the password personalization process. The password recovery tool relies on your "secret question" answer to allow you to get to the password reset screen.

Applicants and non-DOE employees

Registered users:

Username is the Email Address you registered with.
Password is the password you registered with.

Active DOE employees issued New Login Credentials

Username is your employee number that appears on your employee ID card.
Password is the temporary password you've been issued OR the new password you created to replace the temporary one.

The I Forgot My Password or Locked My Account link in the Login box should be used by DOE Employees for online self-service.
